Bears Injury Report
The Chicago Bears will be without wide receiver Keenan Allen for the second straight game due to a heel injury. According to the latest injury report, Allen hasn’t practiced since the Friday before the season opener against the Detroit Lions.
Allen’s absence will be felt by the Bears’ offense, which is already struggling to find its footing. The team will need to rely on other players to step up and make plays in his place. Meanwhile, the Colts’ defense will look to take advantage of Allen’s absence and try to shut down the Bears’ passing game.
But that’s not all - three other Bears players have also been ruled out for the upcoming game against the Colts. Their injuries are as follows:
- Running back Darnell Mooney is out with a concussion.
- Tight end Cole Kmet is out with a sprained ankle.
- Defensive tackle Khalil Mack is out with a knee injury.
The Bears will need to rely on their depth chart to fill these spots, and it remains to be seen how they will perform. The Colts, meanwhile, are looking to bounce back from their own struggles against the Baltimore Ravens last week.
As the Bears prepare to take on the Colts, they know that they’ll have to be at the top of their game if they want to come out victorious. With several key players sidelined due to injury, it’s going to be a tough test for the team.
In terms of the actual game itself, it looks like the Bears will need to rely heavily on their running game and defense to try and control the tempo. The Colts’ offense has been struggling lately, but they do have some talented players that could pose problems for the Bears’ secondary.
The matchup between these two teams promises to be a closely contested one, with both sides knowing that they’ll have to bring their A-game if they want to come out on top.
As of now, it’s looking like a tough game ahead for the Bears, but they’re not giving up hope just yet. They know that they can bounce back from adversity and make a push for victory, even without some of their key players.
Stay tuned for more updates on this matchup and see how it plays out!
